The Featherstone Foundation is transforming lives by creating pathways to opportunity for students and families from underserved communities. Through scholarships, workforce development, mentorship, digital literacy, financial empowerment, and college and career readiness programs, the Foundation equips young people with the tools, support, and access needed to succeed in higher education and beyond.
Since its founding in 2008, the award-winning Foundation has trained more than 1,000 participants from 29 countries who speak over 40 languages, awarded more than $466,000 in scholarships, and empowered first-generation students to pursue higher education at institutions across the country. From supporting HBCU students and expanding digital equity to connecting young leaders with transformative educational and career opportunities, the Featherstone Foundation is helping build stronger futures, stronger families, and stronger communities.
