Maggie Delaney is the Global Programs Intern at the William & Lanaea C. Featherstone Foundation. She is currently a senior at the University of Maryland, College Park, pursuing a degree in Public Policy. Maggie will graduate with her bachelor’s degree in December and plans to continue her education at UMD, working toward a Master of Public Policy.
Proficient in both French and Spanish, Maggie hopes to incorporate these languages into her professional career. As part of a UMD study abroad program, she had the opportunity to travel to Paris, France, where her experiences solidified her passion for working with organizations that have a global focus.
Maggie is originally from California and moved to Maryland to start school. Beyond her academic pursuits, she is a member of the Mighty Sound of Maryland Marching Band and serves as a campus tour guide.
Following graduation, Maggie aspires to stay in the Washington, D.C. area to build a career in public policy.
