The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated inequities in higher education for underserved and traditionally underrepresented students. As a result, we developed a robust College and Career Readiness portfolio to extend our footprint in higher education. To date, we have awarded over $140,000 in scholarships. Across all scholarship programs, the Featherstone Foundation has awarded: 42 scholarships to 34 students from 12 countries who now attend Cornell University, University of Maryland, University of Baltimore, Morgan State University, and St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a new partnership at Coppin State University.
