Natalie Abegesah is a program director for the Foundation’s flagship workforce initiative, Reaching New Heights. She is responsible for program oversight including planning, developing, coordinating, managing and program implementation.
Abegesah is a bilingual accomplished triple certified human resources professional with more than 18 years in the field. She has practiced full lifecycle HR program design, implementation and cultural transformation for small, private, profit, nonprofit and global organizations.
Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from University of Maryland University College. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in legal studies with a focus in employment law from Arizona State Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
Natalie is the proud child of Guatemalan immigrants that arrived in the U.S. in the late 1980’s. In her free time, her children keep her occupied as a chauffeur for basketball and volleyball tournaments. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two dogs, Messi and Rascal.
