She has been a featured panelist for U.S. News & World Report on topics related to the Latino community.
Maria Guillen, a native from Nicaragua, is a program director for the Foundation’s flagship workforce initiative, Reaching New Heights. As one of the program’s star trainees, Guillen landed a job as a personal banker through our program. In her dual role as a trainer and financial services expert, Guillen mentors participants and guides them through the job application process.
