Job Title: Program Manager
Project: Featherstone Corporate Internship Program and Featherstone Scholars Programs
Duration: Six (6) Months
Location: virtual
Reports to: Program Officer, College and Career Readiness
- Oversees the implementation of Internship and Scholars program activities, including establishing program deadlines, goals, and internal operating processes;
- Manages employer selection process and relationships
- Organizes and hosts two employer meetings: orientation and mid-year check-in
- Creates PPT presentations and visuals for the meetings
- Executes employer agreements contracts and procures student job descriptions from
Partners
- Maintains regular communication regarding program expectations
- Serves as the liaison between the Featherstone Foundation, the interns, and the employers
Manages student intern selection process
- Oversees the recruitment and student selection process
- Develops application and program marketing materials
- Manages and organizes selection process including student interviews
- Organizes, facilitates, and attends student virtual workshops as part of the college & career readiness portfolio, ensuring that the programs are operating in a timely and efficient manner;
Communication and Reporting
- Writes and edits monthly, quarterly, and or other progress reports
- Oversees and manages the Foundation’s program communication, including the
- Foundation’s website language on the program page and social media presence;
- Develops and implements monitoring and evaluation plan for the program
Grant Compliance
- Ensures compliance with grant processes and procedures
- Ensure budgets and payment of vendors
- Issues vendor contracts
Job Type: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

This is a fully remote, part-time, seasonal, or contract position. The duration is up to six months.
