The William & Lanaea C. Featherstone Foundation, The University of Baltimore and the Consular Section of the Mexican Embassy present a free financial literacy event in Spanish for the Region’s Latino Community.
Our leading financial education workshop series called Mi Dinero, Mi Destino, provides participants with practical skills that help shape critical personal finance decisions. With seminars on budgeting, savings, credit, identify theft protection and home buying, the program provides the Latino community with the know-how, tools and best practices to make informed personal finance decisions. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. The Girl Scouts of Central Maryland will provide activities for the children five years old and up.
